The film, a documentary for WDR/ARTE co-produced and edited by Hilan Warshaw, directed by Peter Rosen, won the Best Music Documentary and Audience Choice Awards and a Special Prize from the Pushkin Society of America at the 2021 American-Russian Independent Documentary Film Festival in New York.
