“Through the Darkness” screened at UCLA to mark Schoenberg at 150

Hilan Warshaw’s documentary about composer Arnold Schoenberg and painter Richard Gerstl was screened at UCLA’s Schoenberg Hall on January 13 along with a filmmaker discussion, in an event co-presented by Jacaranda Music to mark the Schoenberg sesquicentennial year.
